Immigration Attorney - Cynthia Irvine
Attorney Cynthia Irvine practices exclusively in the field of immigration law assisting persons of all nationalities in their pursuit of the American dream. After she received her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996, Cynthia joined United States Department of Justice Honors Program as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Seattle Immigration Court from 1996 to 1997. She then worked with several nationally-recognized immigration attorneys before joining our firm in 1999.
Her practice supports the business immigration needs of local and national corporations as well as assists individuals with family and citizenship matters. Cynthia has written several articles on immigration issues, including articles for local news media. She is very active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and volunteers with the Neighborhood Immigration Legal Clinic and with the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project. Cynthia is fluent in Spanish.
One of Cynthia's legal assistants in our immigration department is Amanda Hopkins. She recently earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy with a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. She is fluent in Spanish and is active in issues of Latin American development. She plans to attend law school within the next few years.
